In light of the events of the week of the 2013 Boston Marathon and its immediate aftermath and in order to honor and recreate the Patriotic spirit of Boston on a national level, we petition the Obama administration to declare Patriot's Day an annual, Federal Holiday on the 3rd Monday of April.
