Pay $10,000 to each person enlisted in the military who's vote was disenfranchised by sitting in boxes uncounted.

With Obamacare, I no longer see the need for Family Planning Clinics, and this money can come from this funding. Clearly, the people of the United States would rather help our military than to fund the abortion of the most innocent of us.
