The idea is that people who are involved with terrorists or see something unusual (that could be the start of a terrorist attack) have a choice. They could do nothing, they could help the terrorists, or they could collect $1,000,000. I think the Mexican guy who played a role in the San Bernardino attack would have thought it over and decided it would be better to report what he knew and collect the money. I bet other people will also report important information that could prevent future attacks. The person who supplies the information should have the right to keep his identity a secret. The FBI should investigate these reports and decide if a terrorist attack was actually prevented. They can decide if the person deserves the $1,000,000. Thanks for listening. Allan Guida
