I was once active duty...and quite frankly, for the troubles that we go through, we do NOT get paid enough. And that is incredibly sad. It's sad that a guy who plays a game for a living, whether it be basketball or football, gets paid immense amounts more than a service member, in harms way, separated from his/her family.
Or congress members, who sit on their butts in the air-con...they get paid more than the people that are down range fighting for them.
Let's fix this.
