Pay of all individuals in all three branches of government shall be directly related to the federal deficit.

Article 1: Not one person in the executive, judicial or legislative branches of government shall receive an increase of pay until the policy of running a deficit is permanently abolished and the current deficit is eliminated.

Article 2: Pay of the president, vice president, senators and house members shall be reduced in pay by the same percentage as the amount of the deficit is a percentage of total federal revenue.

Article 3: Following the elimination of the federal deficit, all federal employees' pay shall be no more than the average pay increase of workers in the private sector.

Article 4: All methods of revenue generation (taxes, fines, fees, etc.) shall not be increased until the deficit is eliminated.
