Pay Attention to ALL American People and Establish a Fair “Scale of Flood Risk” To Establish Deserved Premiums.

Created by S.N. on January 29, 2014

The Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act includes all U.S. properties within floodplains, and has caused deal-breaking issues with buying and selling of properties seldom flooded and never destroyed by floods.
This Act needs refocused on areas in which total destruction takes place too often instead of being all-inclusive. A fair “Scale of Flood Risk” needs establish to properly calculate rightful flood insurance premiums.
Instead of "can-kicking" this law, it should be reworked to save housing markets and economies across our country while making sense to the American taxpayer.
The Biggert-Waters Act is killing housing markets and economies throughout the U.S., and the America people - and the Obama Administration - need to wake up and force fairness.
