End Bush Tax cuts now, back tax the wealthy to pay off the deficit and add a 15 % surcharge this year to pay for a jobs program because if they are the job creators where are the jobs that the 45 trillion couldn't create. Arguing with congress over a paltry 1%-3.5% is a slap in the face to any intelligent American.
