CNAs are the backbone of nursing homes , hospitals, home health, and etc. We get paid so little, and do an extensive amount of work. We work long hours, mandated constantly, and always have staffing issues. We take care of multiple patients , and deal with death. Fast food places get paid more than we do. We need increased hourly wages!
