pay Chinese money back!!!

The United States government owe China hundreds of billions of dollars in debt, and a large number of dollars printing is diluting the value of that debt. We ask the Obama administration to liquidate all debt in a year, which means pay each Chinese person at least $500. This is the only possible way for United States government can do to promote democracy and human rights in China, at least to be good for Chinese people !!
