Apparently Eric Cantor has released the time the GOP congress is interested in being in session. That only is 1/3 of the year. If they feel they only need work 1/3 of the year they should get 1/3 of the pay and benefits. They have proven they aren't interested in helping the U.S. It would be a great way to reduce the deficit.
