Congress members need to personally experience the way of living of millions of Americans who are forced to survive on minimum wage. This is the only way for them to see the difficulty Americans have making ends meet.
There are some that will see this as "simplistic" but I counter that sometimes the simplest ideas are the best ones.
Sitting back and saying "it'll never change" accomplishes nothing but making sure nothing ever changes!
