Pay Congress minimum wage, require that they 40 hours a week and vote according to their constituency’s will.

Introduce a bill requiring Congress to work a minimum 40 hour week, 51 weeks a year (1 week unpaid vacation) at minimum wage. Unapproved donations to Congress members of ANY kind will result in immediate revocation of voting rights for their elected term(s). Each home state will be responsible for paying any expense incurred by their Congress person (except healthcare – which will be equivalent to that of the least insured person in their state). Finally, any Congress person voting opposite of their cumulative constituency’s will more than 20% of the time will be ineligible for re-election.
