Tax payer money is used to pay politicans. The tax payers have suffered deminished wages, lay offs and tighter budgets. It is time the government accepts their share of the burden. Reduce spending be reducing those 6 figure salaries!! Politicians, current and retired, making $100-$200K should take a 40% pay cut. Politicans making over $200K should take a 60% pay cut. The government is suppose to be a reflection of it's people. Mr. President, the last time I checked I don't make $250,000 a year, and have the tax payers paying for my other living expenses.
