I believe that every non elected Civil Servant in the Federal Government be issued a 2% cut in pay. For Our Judicial branch, there should be a moratorium, for out elected House and Senate leaders, At minimum, a 15% cut in pay, for their staff, also a 4% cut in pay. Also, I believe that the pay of the politician needs to be tied in with the economy and that their ability to vote themselves pay raises needs to go back to the people. What job on this great earth allows you to vote for yourself a pay raise? Even the CEO and Chairman of a fortune 500 corporation needs approval from the share holders to get a raise.
