Pay disabled veterans with a service related diagnoses prior to completion of their VA compensation Claim

Created by S.M. on October 28, 2013

Why should veterans who have been diagnosed with a service related disability by a va hospital wait 2 years for their claim to process before they are paid their disability compensation. I propose that a veteran who has been diagnosed by a VA Hospital with a service related injury be paid compensation prior to the completion of their entire claim with the VA which could take 2 years or more in some cases. I have been clinically diagnosed with service/combat related PTSD by a VA doctor but have still not received any compensation for it and it has been over a year since my claim was started. They shouldn't have to wait the VA will have to pay eventually anyway might as well get started. We risked our life limbs and sanity for this country we should not be put on the back burner!!!
