Pay Congress only on commission based on how much they have accomplished in fixing the nation's problems. Needless to say, if Elected Officials have more of an incentive to fix our problems they will work harder at actually getting things accomplished. For this reason, I petition that they are not paid a flat salary anymore, but only on commission measured on what they have individually accomplished each month or term in regards to what their constituents have elected them to accomplish.
