Those who have signed this petition request that the U.S. Government treat U.S. citizens who have reached retirement age be given their earned Medicare funds, should they decide to be ex-pats.
Failing that, the signers of this petition request that Medicare funds normally paid to retirees "in-country" be paid to ex-pats...in return those ex-pats would relinquish their participation in the program, in return.
