Pay men and women to be on long term birth control or to be sterilized.

Men and women should not only be encouraged to be on birth control or sterilized, they should be paid for it. Instead of only issuing a tax credit for having children, the inability to have children should also be rewarded either by a tax credit or cash incentive. There too many unwanted children and not to mention abortions for there to be no incentive to not have children. Instead of being concerned about women wanting abortions, we should more concerned about their access to birth control and options to be sterilized. Of course there are inherent risks of being on birth control or the surgical procedure to be sterilized. Offering an incentive does not make the US Government liable for health complications from these procedures.
