Some Universities are terminating plenty of reserach emploees due to aconomical reasons and simultaneusly are hiring other small group of emploees with exagerated salaries. (500kb up to 1Million, in some cases even higher amounts).
Can a limit for salaries be establish?
An equilibrium in that sense will save planty of researchers' jobs and also save more money for research
