Week 4 before a deadline: Failure to address the issue: Loss of pay and benefits.
Week 3 -before deadline - no progress: loss of heat/air, offices, bathrooms, support staff.
Week 2 - congress locked in legislative chambers. No desks, chairs, bathrooms. Hot coffee available. Blockers will be immediately dismissed from their jobs.
Deadline: Legislation not approved -prison terms for defrauding American People.
