Someone has to pay to keep our kids safe from all the people who shouldn't have access to guns but do. Which begs the question... Who should pay for "National School Shield"? Because the pockets of the NRA aren't that deep.
If a tax is added to bullets then the money can be used to pay for security in schools as well as various preventative measures. Such as improvements to care for the mentally ill.
Guns don't kill people, bullets do.
