Pay Social Security, VA, and Military entitlements before paying welfare, food stamps, un-employment, and all legislative branches salaries. If you cant figure it out, your not earning your pay. I think the people who receive social security paid into it, and I am sure our vets and Military have. While we are at it, stop all aid to foreign countries until you get the budget balanced.
