Pay teachers who teach their students more information, more money.

There are many bad teachers who don't educate their students enough, but this can be stopped. If the educators got paid more for their accomplishments, then educators would strive to teach their students more information. Everyone knows how some tenure teachers won't teach their kids anymore, because it's so hard to fire them. But if they're paid more for working hard, some of them would work harder. Even if only a little tenure teachers work a little harder, that at least helps 60 kids grow up learning more, and become the leaders of the future. This could also get teachers thinking about better ways to educate their students, and if every teacher thinks about at least one way to teach their students more there will be some great ideas.
