Pay the United States Congress based on their performance. Starting salary will be $21,756 a year which is equivalent to the official poverty line. Increase their pay each year based on their actual productivity in their congressional districts in these areas:

1. Increasing Employment *Excluding Min. Wage Jobs.
2. Increasing Access To Affordable Health Care.
3. Decreasing Infant Mortality Rates. (Children living past 1yr old)
4. Increasing School Graduation Rates.
5. Decreasing Violent Crime Rates.
6. Decreasing Homelessness.
7. Quality Of Care For Veterans Provided.
8. Increasing Access To Affordable Housing.
9. Keeping us out of costly military entanglements.
10. Ability to work together to get work done. The number of Bills sponsored,co-sponsored & passed into law.
