In Order to Free up spendable income that can be used in the economy paying for goods and services. thus growing the economy and creating jobs. limit the total payback amount on mortages to just 15 % above the loan amount reguardless of the total years of the loan example home loan for 200,000.00 the maximum the bank or mortgage company can collect before loan is payed off is 230,000.00 and any home owner that has all ready reached that level the bank or Mortgage company must surrender the deed to the home own. even if the loan was sold the another bank or company. they must write down loan for the total already paid by the home owner from the date of moving in to the home
