My petition is simple. As Americans, we are all supposed to have the same rights and equal liberties. Many Americans are being released from paying they're debt to society in full, but comes back society, and continue to pay that debt back until death. Although the same taxes that non convicted citizens pay, so does the convicted. If a draft is needed, non convicted as well convicted Americans will be facing the same fate! I just believe if a U.S. citizen does a crime, pays , her/his debt in full, with definitive signs of rehabilitation should have those rights the constitution says we all have as Americans restored and not be brought up . The pardon and clemecy programs don't work and need to replaced with something that will better suit our country, as well as our American citizens.
