Payment for millatary action will be paid for by the people that voted for it not the US taxpayer

I ask Obama to sign an executive order. Requiring any elected official that votes to use millatary action in Syria to forfeit all worldly possessions and any money they receive in the future. The items and money will be used to pay for the millatary action. Any and all financial bourdon will be paid by the elected individuals that voted for millatary action and not the United States taxpayer.
