Payroll Taxes:
Nothing over 40 hours a week is to be taxed on either side.
Neither employers nor employees.

If Americans have to work overtime it is for reason to feed and shelter their families. They should keep they're overtime

Minimum Wage:
18-21 yrs old $8.00 per hour
21-29 yrs old $10.00 per hour
30+ yrs old $12.00 per hour

Senior citizens collecting S/S are exempt from scale yet at Employers discretion nothing less than minimum wage.

Vacation: Employers who fail to pay employees their Vacation time Earned for whatever reason including termination or layoffs are to be fined $2500.00 per incident.
After termination or layoff employers are to pay Vacation time within a 2 week period and are responsible for all attorney fees accumulated by employee.
