pc and internet security commissioner

I was head of r&d for citigroup
It was obvious microsoft would fail on xp
Step 1. Threaten to cancel pc contracts and replace with linux, apple, etc. Pcs with xp will become infected with zombies and attack windows 7 pcs, phones, etc., ad nauseam.
I know about Real Banking, ATM security; I know about network security
I have 9 banking patents for consumer inventions and am only interested in protecting main street.
This xp problem will get much much worse.
Step 2. I have ideas to protect our vulnerable infrastructure that should not be prohibitive.
