I dont think there should be PDA during the school day. Students get too focused on they're boyfriend/girlfriend during class that they don't focus on a lesson.
Students will go out of there way to find their boyfrined/girlfriend to show public display of affection, but wont take time out of their day to learn what needs to be learned.
