To stop the violence happening in the Black community I proposed we change the name of Police Officers to P.E.A.C.E. Officers then we implement a new policy nationwide. When P.E.A.C.E. officers arrive at a seen they must first assessment it. Deescalating must start with pepper spray, then progress to a teaser. Only when these 2 solutions have not calmed the situation, then you are allowed to pull your gun. This does not mean you are allowed to shoot. This tells the offender he needs to stop talking. Its a start.
