Peace to the people treaty!

Puerto Rico is suffering of almost close to poverty!
The people are worried about the danger in the night where they hardly leave their home due to violence!
The cops hardly do anything, and with proof of robbery its not enough evidence for the court.
They can't sleep in peace! The Government's allow the people to go around injuring each other!
The cops are bad cops For they don't do the real job of a cop which is to arrive on time not hours later, and take justice not hurt people when arrested!

The people need your help!
If you don't help them, Who will?
There is Justice needed to be done.
Or compromises. Perhaps a new government. This is more then an act of kindness & love, passion for humanity! which in we destroy everyday, Please care!
