By 2014, the white house must broker a deal between India and Pakistan to form a new India/Pakistan Union/Act.
The union/pact must ensure that both of these nations support each other in defense through joint efforts if either one of these countries attacked by unnamed nations.
The Indian Army and Pakistani Army will setup joint command and work side by side in defense of India or Pakistan in case hostilities exist with foreign nations. It is in both their mutual interest for security and protection of the region.
The US must ensure that the region is secure and the area protected.
