Peaceably allow the State of Washington to secede from the Corporation of the United States and assert its sovereignty.

We, the citizens of the State of Washington, declare complete sovereignty and do not recognize the authority of any Federal entity emanating from the City-State of the District of Columbia. We assert our right to forcibly resist tyranny being propagated by Federal agencies such as the Homeland Security Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which are responsible for stripping Washingtonians of their liberties and God-given rights.
