Barack H. Obama has been given four (4) years to create job growth, lower unemployment, and reduce the number of welfare recipients. None of these things has been accomplished. He has shown gross negligence concerning these matters and it can only be surmised it is because he does not possess the necessary knowledge, skills, or abilities to accomplish these tasks. Any other federal employee is required to meet, or exceed, the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to fulfill the requirements of the position they hold. Barack Obama intentionally portrayed himself to the American public as qualified to fill the position of President of the United States, which is deemed as being fraudulent. The honorable thing for him to do is step down and resign the presidency.
