Peaceably request to end silly secession and other petitions, like this one, that abuse this open channel.

These secession petitions are obviously an attempt to illegitimate and mock the presidential office. Administrative control needs to be enacted to remove these posts and only maintain legitimate requests. The response should just be deletion. You may start with this one.
