Peaceably Separate the State of Kansas from their current state song and replace it with Dust In the Wind by Kansas

Dear President Obama,
For too long the state of Kansas has been ignoring an opportunity for notoriety beyond the Wizard of Oz. For their own good, Mr. President, I (we) implore you to peaceably separate the state of Kansas from their current state song (Home On the Range) to the more appropriate Dust In the Wind by, who else? Kansas.
Mr. President, can you not see how this would be a good thing? Can you see the economic influx this could generate? Me either. But isn't this far more fun of a "peaceable separation petition" to read than all this other nonsense?
