Peaceful Ground and Skies Act: Tax exemptions shall be given to private and local businesses related to or in proximity with state/federal airports and law enforcement who wish to sponsor these entities with commercials during programming. Charity concerts will also be held on Guiding Star in order to raise money and provide financial stability for children who were orphaned by the 9/11 attacks.
