Rhode Island is the smallest state in the Union and obviously they're hiding something from us. Allowing the midget state from the Union to go free would be funny. We can just run them into a third world nation like Providence, Rhode Island already is. We can feel good about ourselves knowing that we ruined the lives of millions without the use of a military for once.
