Peacefully grant the cities of Salt Lake City and Park City to withdraw from the State of Utah and become new City-States; so its citizens can create new governments that respects the separation of church and state, offers its citizens the opportunity to elect leadership that is free of cronism, corruption, and religious meddling by the predominant church in the state, ability to vote for freedoms afforded to other citizens in other states in the United States, enjoy taxation with fair representation, and freed from theocratic legislation unrepresentative of the priorities, wants, needs, and values of the citizens in the cities of Salt Lake City and Park City.
