All 50 states have filed petitions to withdraw from the United States, as guaranteed to be within their rights by the Declaration of Independence. And I'm sure all other territories and federal districts have similar aspirations.
All these petitions must be granted immediately, and preferably simultaneously.
For I do believe all these new entities, while free as never before, could not stand divided and alone. As soon as they gain their independence, they must quickly unite as one!
