peacefullly grant the State of Ohio to withdraw from the United States of America to create a new government under God.

Now recognizing the existing government as that no longer the established government of our Founding Fathers, no longer Republic, no longer a government of the people, by the people, for the people, we the people of Ohio petition the existing De Facto government called the United States of America to peacefully secede and create a new government of the people, by the people, for the people, under God, standing upon the original precepts of the Authors of the Constitution of the United States that existed prior to the creation of the De Facto government that has since replaced the De Jure that once was.
