Since so many want the right to withdraw states from the United States of America, the process should be made simple. If all states are allowed to withdraw together, and then to take advantage of preexisting conditions and economies of scale by combining to form one new country, adopting current U.S. laws, policies, institutions, and leadership, the secession and restructuring process could be accomplished simply, easily, and at no extra cost.
