We as United States citizens should not have to wait on our state of residence to grant a petition to leave the United States of America, but rather we should be able to personally sign a petition to create a new government and have duel-citizenship one, in the new government, and two, in the United States so we can still see our family and friends in the United States, and also in case of a failing new government. By signing this petition, you will automatically be granted citizenship in the new government excluding felons of the law of the United States.
