Peacefully allow all who wish to succeed, to be relocated to an area or state, where they can form their own country.

Many citizens are upset with the current government, yet they all enjoy the fruits of the democratic process we Americans pride ourselves on; freedom of choice, separation of church and state, and so on. In all the states that are requesting succession, these 30,000 or more voices don't speak for the whole. Illinois is one of the states in the suddenly popular petitions to succeed, and I don't desire succession - If all theses people want to leave; let them. Lets all agree on a designated land or island for them to live, give the basics and leave them be to form their own economy, civil liberties, currency and what-not, and have them go though the same process to join NATO, if the can mass up and comparable military. This is the -UNITED- States America, not the Half and Half States.
