By no means should we ever wish to have a citizen of this wonderful country of ours stay if they are not happy. If they have signed a petition asking to cede from the union, I suggest we offer them a plane ticket to any country that would have them and they would find more to their liking. Heck, I say we even spring for first class as an incentive to get them the heck out of here. The kicker is that this is a one way ticket. We don't want you back.
