Peacefully allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to secede from the Unites States of America to form its own new nation.

We citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia ask to secede peacefully from the United States of America in order to create our own new and sovereign nation. This new nation will be founded upon, and be in clear accord with, the tenets and principles established by the founding fathers in the Constitution of the United States, which was based, in large part, on the Virginia Plan, and, which have been violated in so many ways by the government of these United States as to be unrecognizable from the original intent.
