Peacefully allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to succeed from the U.S.A. so that it may form it's own NEW government.

This is a petition to allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to fromally succeed for the union with the U.S.A. peacefully. We wish to leave the U.S. and form our own new government free from the U.S. It is our desire to form a more perfect union, one of which not involving the U.S. government.
