WHEREAS the 13 Southern States of AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, NC, SC, and FL have each successfully petitioned the right to peacefully secede from the US, and
WHEREAS most States cannot succeed on their own we hereby petition all current Governors, US Senators and US Representative of these 13 States to convene a public discussion to receive comments from all legal Citizens of these 13 States as to whether they wish to form a new American Republic that will encompass all lands from the North-East corner of the State of North Carolina westward to the North-West corner of the State of Arizona and then due south to the Arizona-Mexico Border.
