Peacefully allow Dallas Metroplex area to join the state of Oklahoma. The other citizens would like for them to leave.

We the people of the great state of Texas no longer need the city of Dallas as a part of Texas. We the people of Texas feel Dallas would be better if it was a part of the state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma, as you know, would benefit greatly from the addition of Dallas as where Texas would even better benefited if Dallas left.
